Last week’s auction ending June 26th had two big hits that happen to both be by Marvel Comics. The first was a copy of The Amazing Spider-Man #122 graded and slabbed by CGC at a 9.2 NM- from 1973 featuring the ‘death’ of the Green Goblin sold for $404 after 10 bids and the second was a restored copy of The Amazing Spider-Man Annual #1 graded professionally at a 4.0 VG from 1964 sold for $182 after only two bids. A buy-it-now style listing of note durring the last auction was a Toy Expo The Shadow limited edition statuette by Majic Productions from 1994 which sold for $200.
