Our number one priority at Diamond International Galleries is Customer Satisfaction. We work very hard at complete accuracy in our descriptions of all products. Please contact us with any questions you have concerning the description of a product before you purchase the item. We will gladly supply as much information as possible. However, if you feel that, for any reason, the product you have purchased does not meet our description, please notify this office through e-mail. If you wish to use the phone, please call us during business hours at the numbers listed in our contact area. All information needed to return the product will be supplied at that time.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION, and no refunds will be issued until we have had the opportunity to examine the returned item to ensure it is still in the same condition as when it was originally shipped to you. If the merchadise had been damaged, modified, or otherwise tampered with in any way, we reserve the right to refuse issuance of a refund.
Please note that the Buyer will be completely responsible for the cost of the return shipping and, if needed, the insurance. At no time will the cost of return shipping or insurance be reimbursed to the Buyer by Diamond International Galleries.
If returning an item, please take care in the repacking of the item for shipment. The item must be returned in the exact same condition that it was originally shipped. Return requests must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the item.
